Training and Skills Transfer
Core construction teams were kept throughout the duration of the project to maintain continuity and ensure skills
transfer through all construction phases, including a dedicated team of 10 workers from the Cubo Community.
There was a notable uplift in the labour teams’ skill capacity. However, no formal framework was in place to record skill
transfer and has been identified as a future area of focus.
