Chesham beat title-favourites Hungerford Town 2-1 at The Meadow
with goals from Connor Roberts after 22 minutes and Jordan Roberts on 72
minutes – Conor McDonagh replying 3 minutes later.
Hanwell beat another of the promotion fancies, Basingstoke Town, 3-1
at Winklebury with Dwayne Duncan after 8 minutes, Sam Evans on 33
minutes and Bernie Tanner 5 minutes later, with Danny Rowe netting a
consolation in stoppage time.
Walton & Hersham beat the other team yet to pick up a point – Swindon
Supermarine – 4-2, coming back from a 6th minute Henry Spalding
penalty to win, courtesy of Harry Mills from the spot on 24 minutes and
then, after Ed Williams had restored `Marine’s lead right on half-time,
Prince Adeyemi, Trae Cook-Appiah and John Gilbert all add to the Swans`
tally in the final 12 minutes.
Poole Town and Hendon shared a 2-2 draw at the BlackGold Stadium to
remain unbeaten.
