Qualifying round on 2nd October. The scheduled home match against
Salisbury has been re-arranged for Tuesday 2nd November.

After a well needed week to recover we welcome Beaconsfield to the
South West Interiors Stadium. The Rams started the season strongly
despite having to play the majority of games away. The opening two
games ended in victories with Oliver McCoy scoring the deciding
goals in both matches. There then followed two heavy defeats at the
hands of Tiverton and Merthyr, followed by a closer result, albeit a
defeat, hosting the very much in form Hayes & Yeading. A draw in
the 1Q of the FA Cup was followed by a comfortable 5-2 win in the
replay against step 5 of the NLS Walton and Hersham. This victory
led to a very impressive 1-0 victory at Truro where they led from the
25th minute and went on to hold out for the away win. Another away
win in the preliminary round of the League Cup against North Leigh
of Division 1 Central made it three on the bounce before they lost to
Havant and Waterlooville of the national League South in an eight
goal thriller. The Rams have proven this season that they are
(through necessity) at ease playing away from home winning five of
the eight fixtures they have travelled to, and there is usually goals
involved so this afternoon’s match should be a thriller.

Don’t forget on Tuesday we are in league action again with a tricky
test away at Taunton Town on KO 7.45 pm. Away support is always
       welcome.

       C’mon you Bluebells!

       Regards,

       Iain
