AFC Bournemouth stay on top of the table
despite going down to their first defeat of the
season, 3-2 at the hands of Swindon Town.
Annabelle Colston was the heroine for Swindon as
she hit a hat-trick, to put her side three goals
ahead early in the second half. Bournemouth
fought back and got themselves back into the
game with two penalties from Shannon Albuery,
but Swindon held on for a fine win which leaves
them just four points off the pace. Larkhall Athletic full back Jessie Wills is closed down by

reduce the arrears with Laura Barrett and Rhian Robbins both finding the net but Moneys held
on for a second straight victory.
Southampton Women claimed their second win in three matches, 5-2 at AFC St
Austell. Beth Everson netted a brace for the Cornish side but goals from Brittany Jeal (2),
Hope Suominen, Kirsty Whitton and Laura Vokes earned Southampton the points.
After opening the season with three defeats, Keynsham Town broke their duck when
they defeated Larkhall Athletic 3-1. Naomi Clipston hit a hat-trick to spearhead the victory
for Keynsham, before Chloe Snook grabbed a late consolation for the Larks.

Durham Cestria are the only team on six points after the opening two matches in the
Northern Division, giving themselves a lead of two points as Oumou Donzo (2), Anna Wuerfel
(2), Zoe Norton and an own goal took them to a 6-0 victory over Huddersfield Town. Sian
Gibrill-Keating netted twice along with Katie Astle and Abbie Langstaff for Leeds Utd in their
4-0 win against Stockport County which takes them into second, on goal difference from
Bradford City who beat Chorley 2-1 thanks to Shareen Munir and Hannah Markey. Millie
Williams (2) and Fatima Santos Costa accounted for the goals as Liverpool Feds won 3-2
against Hull City and Barnsley defeated Middlesbrough by the same scoreline, goals
coming from Louise Biggins, Delia Hurdiss and Nicole Shaw.
Wolverhampton Wanderers have a three point lead in the Midland Division after
an emphatic victory over Lincoln City. Millie Webb was on target five times and Grace
Gregory contributed a hat-trick, with Alisha Miller (2), Daisy Wickett (2), Hannah Sparkes and
Skye Owen adding the others. Stoke City had started the day as leaders but were beaten 5-3
by West Bromwich Albion, whose markswomen were Tasia Brough, Una Lue, Olivia
Stubbs, Marsha Malik and Izzie Whittick. Loughborough Lightning opened up their
campaign by winning 2-1 away to Long Eaton Utd, Amelie Johnson and Abigail Barham
netting their goals, and Sporting Khalsa were 3-1 victors over Doncaster Rovers Belles.
Renai Bennett bagged a brace along with Milly Hayes, Merle Redhead-Ling and an own
goal to give Milton Keynes Dons a 5-2 victory over AFC Wimbledon, which gives them a
