At the AJN today…
AFC St Austell Ladies
AFC St Austell are playing in the FA Women’s
National League for the first time this season
following a rapid rise up the women’s football
pyramid in recent years.
Last season, St Austell booked their place in
Tier 4 by winning the South West Women’s
Premier Division title at the first attempt,
having only been promoted in the previous
campaign.
Although results have not gone quite as planned this season, they have
not been easy opponents for the clubs in the division as we ourselves can
testify with our 6-4 victory at St Austell earlier in the season.
