East Midlands League
Notts County have clinched the Premier Division title and are promoted to the FA
Women's National League, celebrating in style with a 3-0 victory over Mansfield Town
at Meadow Lane on Monday night. Summer Gayle and Holly Fowler gave County a two-
goal lead at the break, with Audrey Huskisson-Moore completing the scoring midway
through the second half. County had been all but assured of the title on Sunday when
Chesterfield, the only remaining team who could have overhauled them at the time, were
held to a 1-1 draw by Rotherham Utd, goals coming from Amy Pashley and Nnola Oyeka
respectively. That result allowed Lincoln Utd to take replace Chesterfield in second by
beating Oughtibridge WM 3-0. Monique Price, Simran Singh and Kayleigh Needham
scored the goals as Anstey Nomads won 3-1 away to Basford Utd, whose consolation
       came from Summer Reece.

when they were beaten 3-1 by Asfordby Amateurs, who kept their own hopes well and
truly alive. Dronfield would have replaced Ilkeston Town as leaders if they had avoided
defeat but despite a goal from Kristine Humble, Asfordby - who can go top if they win their
games in hand - stepped up their challenge thanks to a Sarah Brown hat-trick. West
Bridgford Colts meanwhile moved into mid-table after Samantha Burton and Ellie Cook
gave them a 2-1 victory away to Sherwood FC Women, who replied through Georgia
       Bannister.
Dunton & Broughton Utd kept the Division One South title race alive as they won
3-2 at Peterborough Utd Development. Any result but a win would have seen
Northampton Town Development as Champions but goals from Emma Aspinall,
Samantha Hargrave and Emily Miles kept Dunton in the hunt. Aimee Smith (2), Lauren
Adams, Samantha Christie and Michelle Smith accounted for the goals as third placed
