       Leeds Utd lifted their biggest trophy since 2010 when
       they won 3-1 against Stourbridge in the Final at the
       Armco Arena. Macy Ellis fired Leeds in front on the half
       hour, with the Glassgirls levelling the scores four minutes later. Abbie Brown restored Leeds' lead
       just  after  the  hour  and  Amy  Woodruff  sealed  the  victory  for  her  side  with  fifteen  minutes
       remaining.
       Reserves Plate
       Newcastle  Utd  picked  up  the  first  of  a  potential  trophy  'double'  when  they  defeated
       Portsmouth 3-0 in the Final at the Armco Arena. Jasmine McQuade opened the scoring for the
       Magpies just ahead of half time and Sharna Wilkinson made it two early in the second half, before
       Georgina Spraggon added the third and final goal in injury time.
       Northern Premier Division
       Nottingham Forest have gone four points ahead at the top after they won 2-0 away to Derby
       County in their local derby clash at Pride Park. In front of an attendance of 5,243, Charlotte
       Steggles gave Forest a first half lead and Charlotte Greengrass added the second on the hour to
       seal the points as Forest took advantage of their rivals not playing.
           Huddersfield Town meanwhile ended their run of six league games without a win with
       a 1-0 success away to Liverpool Feds. Brittany Sanderson scored the only goal of the game,
       twenty minutes from time, to help Town make up ground on the top half once again.
           Fylde Women have all but banished any lingering relegation fears, thanks to a 1-0 victory
       over Loughborough Lightning. A goal in the eighteenth minute from Emma Siddall handed
       the Coasters a second win in successive weeks.
           On Wednesday night, Liverpool Feds climbed out of the bottom three by winning 4-1 at
       Fylde Women. Katie Thomas gave the Feds a one-goal lead at the break and after Sasha Rowe
       levelled the scores in the opening minute of the second half, Emma Johnson put the Feds back in
       front five minutes later and they went on to wrap up the win with further strikes from Amy
       Seagraves and Paige Cole.
       Southern Premier Division
       Ipswich Town kept up the pace at the top of the table with a 1-0 victory away to Gillingham.
       Anna Grey scored the only goal of the game during the first half as Ipswich made it seven league
       wins on the trot.
           Oxford Utd remain two points behind leaders Ipswich following their 2-0 win against
       Plymouth Argyle. Natasha Stephens headed the U's in front late in the first half and they went
       on to seal the points when Amy Goddard scored the second. Sunday will therefore see a crucial
       match in the title race as Ipswich play host to Oxford.
           Watford  moved  into  the  top  three  after  scoring  five  times  without  reply  at  Milton
       Keynes Dons. Poppy Wilson kept up her good form in front of goal by netting twice, and she
       was joined on the scoresheet by Andria Georgiou, Gemma Davison and Sophie McLean.
       Division One North
       With title rivals Newcastle Utd not playing, Durham Cestria took an opportunity to restore
       their lead of four points as they won 2-1 against fourth placed Stockport County. Leanna Giles
       gave Durham a third minute lead and after Chloe Howard equalised for County on the stroke of
       half time, Poppy Pritchard netted early in the second half to earn the Wildcats three valuable
       points.
           Barnsley stay in third place despite crashing to a 5-1 defeat at the hands of Hull City, who
       continue their improvement as the season goes on. Hope Knight netted twice for Hull along with
       Rachael Ackroyd, Amy Pollock and Katie Thompson, whilst the home side's consolation came
       from Emily Pierrepont.
