•The new funding manual now allows for Outreach schools to be physically hosted within an high school within the division. Buffalo Trail has decided to relocate the Vermilion Outreach program within RJ Robson High School.
•Currently St. Jeromes has a workflow with the Vermilion Outreach program and no one at this point has reached out to discuss what the per student cost for programming will be next year. The same applies for Wainwright students taking courses through the Blessed Sacrament Outreach program. It will be important to develop a collaborative agreement that works equitable and consistent in each community.
•ECCS is currently in a two year lease agreement with the Wainwright provider.
•The current BSO location has a SuperNet connection.
•The current BSO location also serves as a storage area for technology inventory prior to deployment across the division.

*Considerations moving forward:
•students who are not enrolled under as ECCS being the primary board will require inter-division agreements to cover the cost of programming. Any students from other school divisions looking at completing a single course or couple courses will require a funding agreement signed prior to committing to programming.
