Campus Crossing
• An in-service should be provided to all support staffs and teachers.
Grade 3 to 6 teachers should use Campus Crossing to communicate with other schools, mentors and others.
School pictures
• School pictures should be organized in the staff directory of each school to facili- tate the access of pictures by central office staff. A folder should be created under the name of Year_School Name_Pictures. Ex: 0405_NDE_Pictures
• This folder should be organized by specific staff members to ensure follow up and clear organization.
School Websites
• Create a link to the ICT Scope and Sequence from the school websites.
• ICT committee should coordinate update of school websites with the principals
and the ICT support teacher.
Support Staff

• Use Campus Crossing to organize staff meeting Minutes.
All teachers should use Campus Crossing to post student projects.
Communication for Support
Computer lab
Projects will be promoted in computer lab.
GroupWise
• All teachers need to use the ICT Support Calendar.
• Provide GroupWise calendar in-services to teachers and support staff

Creation of an Calendar in GroupWise for 2004-2005

• Continue weekly email of ICT Support Schedule
• Set up a schedule with a 3 day rotation (MDE, NDE, SDE, MRE, NDE...)

Create a Reservations Calendar in GroupWise for each digital camera and digital video camera.
Creation of a PD GroupWise Calendar to structure teacher’s schedule more effi- ciently. This calendar needs to be accessible by all staff members.
Assist the school in developing the PD calendar in GroupWise
New Equipment
To ensure good compatibility between new equipment, old equipment, support and training, all new technology purchased should be coordinated by the Technol- ogy Services Department.
Planning
Provide an in-service in September to all staff on the tools developed to help them plan and integrate ICT outcomes.
All teachers will create an ICT Long Rang Plan integrating ICT Outcomes into their core courses. This will help teachers to structure teaching time in the com- puter lab.
Set a time to meet with teachers to develop long range and unit plans that support the implementation of the ICT scope and sequence.
Provide support for ICT scope and sequence implementation.

• Each school should provide the ICT Support Teacher with DV tapes to capture clips on demand.
Web Help Desk
• All technical requests need to be entering in the Web help desk by teachers and support staff.
