The following review and recommendations deal specifically with: • the six District schools;
• District Offices; and
• the Educational Technology Support Centre.

• The Financial Server is an IBM AS/400 running HTE CitySoft. • The Novell File server with tape backup, runs Novell 5.
• An E-Mail Server -uses MS Exchange.
• A Sat-Tel incoming Satellite based Internet feed with proxy server software.
• Netscape Proxy Server software is used.
• The Central Office is connected to school sites via
Paradyne hotwire ADSL modems, and to Cold Lake via 256K Frame Relay connection to DSI.
• Lexmark Laser Printers, and a Xerox DC230, which can potentially be connected as a high-speed laser printer, are located here.
