to our B & B. I drove from the park on and I’m pretty tired but

keyed up – no pun intended. I try to call Mike but he isn’t

home – we crawl into bed and I write my journal till I get

sleepy after 12 a.m. again.

Day 7 Hunting for Ancient Stones and Silver

Strand Beach – June 15
th

I wake up about 8:30

a.m. and write some

more in my journal. I

wake M at 9 a.m. for

breakfast. I can’t face

bacon, eggs and

sausage again so I have

cereal (Mueslix) and

our hostess also brings

bananas and thick

chunks of white cheddar cheese which is a nice change and of

course there is lots of brown bread. I’ll have brown bead

withdrawal when I get back
home.

We head out about 10:30 am

for Killybegs with M laundry.

M has a sweat suit and jeans

and shirts to wash but I didn’t

have anything because I wasn’t

about to part with my jeans
