"At the July Church Meeting it was agreed that the church would
hire a cleaner for an hour per week and that a number of members
would donate 50p per week into a separate collections box to
cover the cost.

At the October Church Meeting I was asked if members could
alternatively set up regular bank payments, and if so how?

The answer is that members can set up regular Standing Order
payments from their Bank for any amount, weekly, 4-weekly or
monthly, with a reference of "Cleaner", and I will be able to
allocate the funds accordingly.

Such donations should be set up to pay:

throughout the year, and for all the knitting and sewing items that
have been made with love.

We know the recipients of the boxes will be delighted
with their gifts.

There will be a report of the packing day and transporting of the
boxes in the next Link magazine, including the number of boxes
that have been sent.
