Faith & Play
On Saturday, 22nd November 10.30
am to 4.00 pm approx. there will
be a presentation / workshop of
Faith and Play by trained Friends
from the Children and Young
People’s Training Team, held in
Bournemouth, probably at the
meeting house, and open to all
meetings.
Faith and Play is a Quaker
adaptation of Godly Play - a
reverential way of story-telling in a
circle, with times of silence as spiritual
reflection, leading to joint exploration of questions.
Friends House now has resources,
books and experienced Friends
who can train others.
Faith & Play is primarily aimed at
children, so would interest those who
hold a children’s meeting. However, it
could also be used with adult Friends
and seems a powerful way to deeply
consider our foundations and
testimonies.

to the event.
