Life is too short. Don't waste any amount of

Learn to be yourself, and enjoy who you are. Each
moment brings hope and a new adventure. Love who
you are, the rest does not matter.

It requires only your presence and being aware
of oneself. This is only achieved within your own
mind.
When the mind becomes still without thought, then
one can reach self-discovery.
