SAFETY PROTOCOLS WHEN ENTERING
THE SCHOOL PREMISES

1. “NO FACEMASK, NO ENTRY” policy. Do not remove face masks inside the
campus.

2. Disinfect hands and shoes in the area located at the main entrance.
3. Body temperature must be checked at the gate. If the temperature is 37 degrees and
above, please proceed to the Security and Safety Office located near the main gate of
the campus and wait until the body temperature goes down. If after 15 minutes the

body temperature is still high, entrance to the campus is not allowed. Please go home.
4. Kindly fill out the Health Declaration form to be given by the guard before going to
the three offices which are open during these times; Admission, Accounting/Cashier

and Registrar’s Offices.
5. Follow physical and social distancing procedures upon entering the main gate of the
campus.

6. Practice discipline and be patient.

This Online Student Manual will assist in any transaction of parent and student. It is
highly recommended to refrain from going to school and follow the steps in doing online
transactions with the school offices. Use the official G Suite account assigned per student
and pupil in all your communication via email and refer to the published contact numbers

of the school in all social media accounts of APCAS.
