GRADING SYSTEM/ PROMOTION/ RETENTION AND
HONORS/ AWARDS UNDER ONLINE LEARNING

APCAS conforms to the Department of Education--prescribed Grading System for basic
education as well as Promotion and Retention programs. Please refer to Deped Order No.
36 S.2016.

In any event that the above stated DepEd Memo is replaced or amended to meet the
requirement of the new modality of learning, APCAS shall adhere to the new guidelines.

Giving awards is based on the current DepEd memo on Academic Achievers.

REPORT CARDS

After each quarterly examination and during the announced schedule/period of viewing
of grades online, the following steps shall be followed;

Step1: Go to the link of the student portal
https://apcas311.campus-erp.com/StudentPortal/Login.php (not the
Admission portal)
Step 2: View and Print the report card
Step 3: Printed Copies of the Report Card following the format prescribed by the
Department of Education will be issued at least two weeks or on any date
as scheduled after the last day of the School Year.

Online Report Cards can only be viewed in the student portal if the Tuition and Other
Fees due for the current quarter of the school year is paid on or before the schedule of
viewing of online report cards.

VIRTUAL PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE

1. School Scheduled Virtual PTC

Parents on a regular basis are scheduled for individual/Class Virtual Meetings.
These meetings are required during the following; Online Quarterly Distribution of
Grades, Virtual Recognition, Parent Teacher One on One Conference on the
student/pupil learning progress, Guidance and Extension Programs and the likes.
