SUBJECT EXAM CLASS and PROMISSORY NOTE

            A SUBJECT EXAM CLASS is created in the  Google Classroom in order to facilitate
            conduct of major quarterly examinations via Online. Students, who paid the Tuition Fees
            due  before  a  term  exam  such  as  First  Quarter/Second  Quarter/Third/Fourth  Quarter
            Exam,  are  included  in  the  SUBJECT  EXAM  CLASS  list.  Students/Pupils  who  fail  to
            settle Tuition Fees on due dates, need to follow the online procedure for Promissory Note

            Request and Approval.  However, Promissory Notes are not allowed during payment of
            Upon Enrollment Fees and Fourth Quarter Exam Fees.

            The procedures in applying Promissory Note for FIRST/SECOND/THIRD Exams are as
            follows;

                       ●  The  Promissory  Note  (PN)  form  can  only  be  applied  by  the  parent  or
                          declared guardian of the student/pupil not later than three school days before
                          the scheduled First/Second/Third Quarter examinations.
                       ●  The  form  is  only  available  at  the  Office  of  the  Operations  and  Human
                          Resource Department. The email ad is hrd@apcas.ph.education.
                       ●  Send  an  email  using  the  G  Suite  account  of  the  enrolled  student  in  any
                          program  to  hrd@apcas.ph.education.  State  the  reason  for  requesting
                          approval of PN.
                       ●  Attach screenshot copies of student’s COR, parent’s ID (government issued
                          only), proof of employment (if applicable) and the proposed date of payment
                          of tuition fees.
                       ●  Wait for the reply for the scheduled virtual interview of the parent/guardian.
                          NO  INTERVIEW  NO  APPROVED  PROMISSORY  NOTE  policy.  It  is
                          highly  recommended  that  at  least  half  of  the  amount  due  is  paid  before
                          sending an email for a PN request. Only Virtual Interview is allowed.
                       ●  Any PN request will not be entertained if the UPON ENROLLMENT FEE
                          is not paid in full at the time of the interview for PN.
                       ●  After the interview, wait for the reply at least one (1) day for the approval of
                          the PN request.
                       ●  Once PN is approved, check if the Subject Exam Class is already posted in
                          the Google Classroom.
                       ●  Pay the PN on the scheduled date as stated in the approved request. Failure
                          to settle the PN, the student shall receive a reminder in the assigned G Suite
                          Account.
                       ●  Open the student portal and check if payment of fees is posted.
                       ●  Unsettled PN shall mean no issuance of another PN for the next examination
                          which is either Second Quarter or Third Quarter Exams.
