● After payment to the bank, write the name of the student, student number,
program and year level in the deposit slip.

● Send the screenshot copy of the deposit slip immediately after payment in
the bank to APCAS accounting department using the following email
addresses;

smsarzaba@gmail.com

● Wait for an acknowledgement email to confirm receipt of your deposit slip
within two (2) working days. Safe keep all deposit slips to be used in case of
review on payments.
● Upon confirmation, the student may check the student portal for the updated
posting of payment for Tuition Fee and other fees.

STUDENT/ PUPIL SCHOOL CLEARANCE

Student clearances are required to be accomplished by the following;
● Graduate/Completer on any level
● Transferring Out
● Returning Student/Pupil
● Requesting School Records/Documents/Diploma
● Requirement for taking the last Major Examination of the school
year/semester
