GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING SERVICES

I. ONLINE COUNSELING

Counseling is the heart and goal of guidance. Students are called for individual or group
counseling to help them with areas of concern in academic, personal, psycho-emotional,
social and family situations.

II. ONLINE INDIVIDUAL INVENTORY SERVICE

The Guidance Counselor organizes, update and keep comprehensive records of students
about his:

● Personal Data
● Home and Family Background
● Educational Background
● Group Affiliation
● Scholastic Progress (Academic Monitoring, Extra-Curricular etc.)
● Test Result
● Interviews
● Behavioral Records

III. ONLINE TRAINING AND FACILITATING

At times, the Guidance Counselor is invited as a resource person in class in or outside the
Institution. As trainer and facilitator of seminars and workshop such as:

a. Online Leadership training/team-building (seminars and workshops)
b. Online Individual/Peer/Group Counseling
c. Handling Student’s Misbehavior and Disciplinary Actions
d. Online Google Classroom Management

IV. ONLINE CONSULTATION SERVICE

The Guidance Counselor makes his/herself available for online consultation with the
teachers and parents on matters related to students’ performance in online classes. It helps
the students to assist them in terms of decision making for their career planning and
guiding them in a wider perspective in life.
