●  Log on to the student portal to see if the scholarship is credited in the Tuition Fee
                   schedule.  Crediting  of  scholarship  is  normally  posted  before  the  First  Major
                   Examination.
               ●  For any concern re Tuition Fee, please send an email to the accounting department.



            PROCEDURE ON REQUESTING/RELEASING OF SCHOOL RECORDS FOR
            BASIC EDUCATION via ONLINE


            Under the Quarantine Period where travel is limited as prescribed by the National and
            Local  Government  and  when  the  school  offices  are  open,  only  Parents  of  the  Basic
            Education  Department  are  allowed  to  enter  the  school  premises.  Strict  compliance  on
            Social Distancing and Health Safety protocols shall be observed.

            Parents/Guardian of enrolled students/pupils may request for any document pertaining to
            Travel abroad, Visa Issuance, and other similar cases if all the financial obligation for the
            entire school year is fully paid.

            In  cases  where  parents/guardians  of  graduates/students  are  outside  Bataan  or  when
            situations in the community do not allow Travel, the following procedures for requesting
            documents shall be observed;

                       ●  Any  school  records  that  can  be  requested  by  the  official  guardian/parent.
                          The name of the guardian/parent who can make a request shall be based on
                          the Registrar’s record. In any event that the official guardian/parent  will not
                          be able to do the request or receive the requested document, the following is
                          for submission prior to approval and releasing of any request;
                              1.  Signed  Authorization  Letter  in  Handwriting  of  the  Official
                                 Guardian/Parent
                              2.  Photocopy of any government issued ID with signature of the official
                                 Guardian/Parent
                              3.  Photocopy  of  any  government  issued  ID  of  the  authorized
                                 representative.

                       ●  Send an email to registrar@apcas.ph.education. Attach all the applicable and
                          necessary attachments of the request.
                       ●  Wait  for  the  reply  and  approved  clearance  form  indicating  the  amount  of
                          processing fee and tuition and other fees balance (if applicable) to be paid.
                       ●  Pay via online banking, thru bank payments, payment centers or GCash.
