2. Parent Request for Virtual PTC
                   All parents may request for a PTC with the Principal or the Guidance Office
                   through the following procedures:
                       ●  Send  a  Request  letter  using  the  official  and  assigned  Google  Suite  email
                          address of the student/pupil to the concerned department. Email addresses of
                          the different departments are at the Back Cover of this manual.
                       ●  The Request Letter should indicate the date/time and purpose of the virtual
                          meeting.
                       ●  A letter reply shall be sent within twenty four (24) hours during school days
                          and two to three (2-3) days on letters sent on a weekend. It is encouraged
                          that all communications via email, school landline and contact numbers of
                          any of department be made during the official working hours as follows:

                                         9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday

                       ●  The letter reply shall indicate the confirmation of the requested PTC and the
                          Link for the Virtual Conference.
                       ●  Parents are discouraged to go to school to request for a virtual PTC.
                       ●  Use  APCAS  assigned  email  addresses  to  our  students/pupils  in  all  our
                          concerns in school.
                       ●  Send a confirmation reply on the schedule of the Virtual meeting.



            ATTENDANCE OF STUDENTS

            Under the new learning modality that will be used by APCAS and considering the present
            predicament of our school’s stakeholders, the twenty (20) percent maximum number of
            days of absences in Virtual Class and in the Learning Platform is WAIVED.

            Hence, in pursuit of student’s academic development and taking into consideration the
            availability  of  strong  internet  connection  as  well  as  the  tools  they  need  to  attend  the
            schedule  of  virtual  classes,  APCAS  shall  observe  and  promote  flexibility  in  the
            implementation of Online Classes and Modular Learning Modality.

            However,  consecutive  and  prolonged  absences  in  the  chosen  learning  modality  shall
            merit a PTC to discuss the concerns and problems of the student/pupil. The office of the
            Principal will send an update on the attendance of your children on a weekly basis, every
            Monday of the week, to cover the past week of school days.
