SPECIAL EXAM CLASS IN THE GOOGLE CLASSROOM

            Subject  Exam  Class  is  composed  of  all  the  scheduled  subjects  to  be  taken  during  the
            period of any Quarterly Examinations. Taking the examination per subject is scheduled
            on a specific time in the Subject Exam Class in the Google Classroom. In any event that a
            student/pupil  will  miss  the  scheduled  exam  in  the  Subject  Exam  Class,  a  SPECIAL
            EXAM CLASS shall be created in the Google Classroom. The procedure is as follows in
            requesting for the Special Exam Class.

                       ●  If a student/pupil fails to take the quarterly examination for any reason, send
                          an email to the Department Coordinator/Subject Teacher the list of subjects
                          missed.
                       ●   Use the assigned G Suite account of the student/pupil in requesting a special
                          exam.
                       ●  For safety and health reasons, DO NOT go to school to make a request. In
                          Campus and via Telephone/Cellphone request is not allowed. Only requests
                          received thru email shall be entertained.
                       ●  Wait for the advice of the schedule of the requested Special Exam Class.
                       ●  Strictly follow the schedule of the Special Exam Class.
                       ●  If the reason is unpaid Promissory Notes, Special Exam Class shall be given
                          after the Promissory Notes are settled and paid.
                       ●  Special Exam Class can be taken before the end of the school year.
                       ●  The Special Exam Class is Free.


            SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

            All  types  of  scholarship  programs  stated  in  the  Basic  Education  Department  Student
            Handbook  2019  Edition  are  still  enforced  and  may  be  applied  thru  Online.  The
            procedures are as follows;

               ●  Follow the procedure of online enrollment of new and old students/pupils as stated
                   in this manual.
               ●  Send an email to the Office and request for the Application Form to be filled out
                   and send back for approval.
               ●  Ensure  that  all  the  requirements  for  each  type  of  scholarship  is  attached  to  the
                   email.
               ●  Wait  for  the  Reply  of  the  Admission  office  via  email    on  the  status  of  the
                   application
               ●  Once approved, the accounting department will make the necessary adjustment on
                   the Tuition Fee assessment.
