UK and taking Geoff to play with my band in the UK as well. So, I am very excited
about it.
FD: And that UK tour, you have got quite a few dates lined up for that.
TW: We got about twenty plus dates lined up out there. So, it will be fun. Geoff’s
going to be, he is gonna hate the sight of me by the end of the, [chuckles] end of this
summer.
FD: [laughing] I, I don't think so. I must ask, who's got the better jokes, you or Geoff?
TW: Oh, I think Geoff, like an Australian, I think, the Australians have got the best
sense of humour ever. That's why I like being out here, you know. I end up going
down to, the local (Australian) bowls club with my mate Mickey, and end up, just
chatting loads of nonsense. It's just fantastic.

FD: Sounds good. Now I must mention as well, too, you’re also doing, at the end of
February Blues at the Bellarine Estate at Portarlington (with The McNamarra Project
and Jack Meredith) which is also part of the Brush with the Blues tour. So the band
as well, apart from you and Geoff, there’s also another local Warrnambool
connection, with keyboardist/vocalist Richard Tankard, in the band as well too.
TW: Yeah. He's my favourite, one of my favourite keys players, but amazing vocalist
as well, and a good, chap to be around as well, you know.
FD: And, and who is the rhythm section with the band for Brush with the Blues?
TW: Dean Matters (drums) and Rob Dabbs (Bass) will be joining us for most of the
tour. You know we had such a great time last year, I think, because we didn't know
if it was really going to work, I only met Geoff on a gig around 9 years ago now, And
