DSR: Right now, I guess I've been promoting this album and it's starting to really
get a lot more airplay. As I'm waiting for that to get going, I've decided to slow down
for a year. Obviously, because my wife passed away and I've been dealing with that,
so I've still been playing some shows, but I've kind of dialled it back because I've
needed to just take care of things. But I plan on starting to get back out there a little
bit more in 2024, trying to get some of the bigger shows. Still play some of the

put some mandolin on
it. I haven't decided yet.
But it's probably going
to be about the same stripped down. It's going to be obviously a different subject
matter because I'm dealing with loss on this one.
BiTS: Okay, I won't take any more of your time, but thank you very much indeed for
speaking to me. I like the album very much indeed. I've been planning to play it on
my show. It's going to be my album of the week next week on my acoustic show, I
can tell you that.
DSR: Well, thank you. I appreciate.
BiTS: It is an absolutely terrific effort and you're to be congratulated. There's no
doubt about that at all.
DSR: Thank you. The funny thing about this album, I put it out and I thought I don't
think people are really going to get it. I put it out for me basically, and then the more
