               The way that we demonstrate strong soft skills is through the language we use and the
               interactions we have with the people around us   Through the conversation lessons in
               this course, you will practice effective communication in a variety of work situations:
               communication between co-workers, between employees and supervisors, and between
               workers and patients/clients/customers   The communication skills are universal—they apply
               to all employment sectors   As you go through the course, fill in this log with examples of the
