Due to the local and sometimes regional aspect of the authorities giving approvals, we
present the following items you may be required to consider.

Labor Departments

Health and Safety groups

Environmental agencies

Planning agencies

Fire, emergency departments

Conservation groups

Community associations

It is important that your office control the flow of information, ensuring that some minor
detail does not become a roadblock or show stopper. Although you may not be able to provide
the answer to all the questions that arise during the approval process, monitoring the procedure
and getting the required answer will be the important factor. Always avoid situations during this
process that will create a "beyond your control" position.
