5.9 Publications
All publications must be registered with PubMed Central immediately upon acceptance for publication and all CCRAC recipients must acknowledge the support of Children’s Health in all publications, presentations, and posters.
6. CCRAC GUIDELINES
There are CCRAC guidelines for each applicant category. The guidelines provide detailed instructions for application layout, required attachments, submission deadlines as well as guidance should the applicant receive funding.
The guidelines are updated at the discretion of the Research Medical Director and completed by the Research Administrative Coordinator.

7. STANDARDS/FORMS/TEMPLATES TO BE USED

7.1 Cycle Announcement Template
A customizable memo will be sent to Medical Staff Services announcing the beginning of the CCRAC cycle. The memo should also include copies of all CCRAC guidelines.
Accompanying this memo are guidelines for the <insert cycle/year> cycle of the Children's Medical Center Foundation CCRAC grants.
All applications that fulfill the criteria listed in the accompanying documents should be directly submitted to Jeffrey Kahn, MD, PhD, at jeffrey.kahn@utsouthwestern.edu and a copy sent to Alisia Berry at alisia.berry@childrens.com. Letters of intent are due <insert LOI due date> with completed applications due <insert application due date>. Please note that these updated guidelines are stage- specific. In the letter of intent, please specify to which mechanism you are applying (i.e., Early Career Research Award or Senior Investigator Bridge Award).

7.2 Notifications of receipt of LOI and application
Notifications of receipt of the LOI and/or application are sent the day after the LOI or application submission due date. For example, if the submission due date is January 2nd, acknowledgment will be sent by January 3rd.
7.3 Funded/Non-funded letters
Notification letters are sent to all applicants whether or not they are approved for funding.
