KONFLIK?
Conflict is serious disagreement and argument about
something important. if two people or groups are in Conflict,
they have had a serious disagreement or argument and have
not yet reached agreement. (Collins Dictionary)
Konflik adalah suatu pertentangan yang terjadi antara apa
yang diharapkan oleh seseorang terhadap dirinya, orang
lain, organisasi de ngan kenyataan apa yang diharapkan
(Muspawi 2014 : p-42)
