Appendix B- Code of Ethics
All Crew Consulting Services employees, subcontractor, or volunteers are considered professionals and, as
such, will abide by the following Code of Ethics while performing services for the agency:
Employees, subcontractor, or volunteers of CCS will NOT:
• use the client’s car for personal reasons.
• consume the client’s food or beverages.
• use the client’s telephone to make personal calls.
• discuss personal religious or political belief with the clients.
• discuss personal problems with the clients.
• accept gifts or financial gratuities (tips) from the client or client’s representative.
• loan money or other items to the client or client’s representative.
• borrow money or other items from the client or client’s representative.
• sell gifts, food, or other items for the client or client representative.
• purchase any items for the client unless specifically directed in the client care plan.
• bring other visitors (i.e., children, friends, relatives, pets) to the client’s home.
• smoke in the client’s home.
• Report for duty under the influence of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.
• sleep in the client’s home.
• remain in the client’s home after services have been rendered and completed.
Employees, subcontractor, or volunteers will adhere to the dress code for CCS according to job
descriptions.

failure to abide by the Code of Ethics will result in disciplinary action and may result in termination of my
employment with CCS .
