EXT. THE VALLEY - DAY
A waterfall cascades down a rock face.
Into a river that lazily meanders and flows through a
beautiful, lush, green valley.
NARRATOR
Back in the old days our valley was
green and bountiful. And everyone
lived together in peace and
harmony.
EXT. RIVER VILLAGE - DAY
An idyllic settlement of pretty dwellings where a thriving community of anthropomorphic FRUIT and VEGETABLES enjoy a
happy, natural existence.
They make pottery, jewelry from beads, weave baskets,
blankets and rugs.
APPLES and PEARS swim in the river.
A BROAD BEAN family paddles in perfect unison in a canoe. GORGEOUS
Some KIWI FRUITS swing from a tree on a rope.
An APRICOT, a PEACH and a DAMSON make garlands.
A group of PAK CHOI practice Tai Chi.
EXT. EAGLE ROCK - DAWN
The sun rises behind a distinctively shaped hill.
NARRATOR
Every year, on the longest day,
everyone would gather around the
Eagle Rock. A sacred hill from
where, according the stories of our
ancestors, all life began.
All the FRUIT and VEGETABLES who live in the valley gather to celebrate.
The Leafy Greens, Roots, Marrows, Legumes, Fungi, Nuts and
Fruit.
