Observed Short Fall in mock-drill
Workmen dint use stretcher to shift injured person to ambulance. Fellow workman did not
have the ambulance contact details. Workman was not aware of assembly point.
Corrective actions in related to observed
shortfall in mock drill, Area of improvement Responsibility Target Date
Awareness training on Emergency response is
required. Emergency contact numbers to be Abu Barkat
displayed at work locations and ensure all workmen (Priya Construction) Immediately
know the ambulance contact number and other Jay Prakash (SEPL)
emergency numbers.
