LO: Organic chemistry.
The learners were able to draw the structures of different types of organic compounds and
They were able to describe the physical and chemical properties of different organic
compounds.

LO: Report writing
learners researched and wrote a report on the topic and presented it in the class. by this they
learnt to write a report.
English
LO: To develop precise and concise summary responses
Learners used annotation to review the summary points. Then with the use of correct sentence
structure and punctuation students wrote the summary within 120 words for the given text.
The summary writing exercise also helped the students to correctly use synonyms and
concisely summarise the text.
Internal Assessment 1

With the onset of assessment for Grade 1 to 10 the learners, teachers and leadership team along
with the exam department was on their toes in the bygone week.
The assessment cycle went on smoothly with some reflections made as an elbow room to
rework. Grade 9 and 10 had assessments till 30th July, 2021.
The internal assessments for grade 1 to 8 were evaluated for 25 marks but for IGCSE it was
for 30 marks.
With class teachers on the invigilation duty, the assessment went on smoothly. The mark
scheme will be discussed in the forthcoming week
