Social Science
Learners learnt about what do you mean by “A Good Home” and what are things required for
a good home like good ventilation, windows and the benefits of it. Further learnt about “My
Family” and the relations, specific names for each of the family members and the way we
address them.
Global Perspective
Learners enjoyed the topic-- Looking after the Earth ---Helping animals and exploring the
endangered and the extinct animals, understood the difference between the words. Children
have done a project on the endangered animals why and what are the reasons and the causes
for becoming endangered animals. And another project by collaborating with
grandparents/friends/parents/others whoever they want to involve and what measures can be
taken to help & protect these animals.
Hindi
LO: Letters and word making
An interesting activity was done in Grade -2 where the Learners sculpted Hindi letters and
Matra words out of clay. The amount of fun and enthusiasm they had really made the day.
French
Students are learning to tell the time in French by completing this activity.
Spanish
Learners learnt how to write letters and basic greetings in spanish. Learners also explored facts
related to basic spanish culture through different quiz activities.
