LO- To distinguish between Fiction and Non-fiction using several text types such as
instructions, invitation cards, stories etc.
The learners were instrumental in exhibiting their creative skills making invitation cards, pop-
up cards and other DIY in this unit that celebrated learning. Differentiating between the duo
of fiction and non-fiction was done in a very interactive way using these activities. The amount
of creativity and imagination put on paper were quite impressive. It was a wonderful read for
the English Facilitator.
Math
LO: Division Fractions
The learners applied the concept of equal grouping to perform problems on division and also
applied the multiplication facts to find the quotient and remainder. Learners exercised
representing a part of a whole as a fraction and related fraction to division by equal grouping.
