Cambridge Professional Development-Be Ready for the World 2021

The professional development initiative by Cambridge University Press Education was
conducted on 23rd, 24th and 25th March, 2021. Teachers were entrusted to attend the trainings
on varied topics as active learning assessments, language development, classroom rapport
building and in many other crucial areas of teaching. In addition to it few subject specific
trainings were also specified for the teachers. The teachers utilised their valuable time to
undergo the trainings which would in turn help them to nurture the students. In all, the trainings
helped the teachers to learn new teaching methodologies which are helpful and relevant.

Thus the month March was useful as the learners took part in assemblies and events to mark
the new academic session (2021-2022) beginning this year. Online classes continued for CAIE

and varied activities served the students to help learn and utilize their time fruitfully. In all,
the students benefitted with an array of activities and the much awaited poetry competition.
