Shikhism

            The  Sikhs follow  the  teachings  of

            Guru Nanak. Their religious book is
            known as Guru Grantha Sahib. They
            do not believe in worshipping idols.
            The place where they pray to their
            god is known as Gurudwara. Sikh

            teaching  emphasizes  the principle
            of equality  among  all  humans,  and
            rejects discrimination on the basis of

            caste, creed and gender. They should
            follow the guru’s teachings, help the
            poor, avoid violence, be friendly and                    Gurudwara
            polite with everyone and protect their religion. The hymns of the Gurus are
            known as Gurbani.


            There are other religions which are followed around the world like Jain, Bahai,
            Sinto, Tao, etc.
