GINGERBREAD COOKIES WITH OATS ALMONDS AND MOLASSES
About 30 cookies
3 3 tbsp tbsp water

175 ml ml rapeseed oil

100 100 ml ml ml cane sugar
300 ml ml oatmeal (preferably roasted skrädmjöl)
200 ml almond flour
2 2 tsp tsp ground ground cinnamon
1 1⁄2 tsp tsp tsp ground ground ground ginger
1⁄2 tsp tsp tsp ground ground cloves
1⁄2 2 1⁄2 tsp tsp tsp bicarbonate of soda 1⁄2 tsp tsp salt
Boil the the water
