I I I I I love sourdough! Ever since I I I I I took my first bread baking course I’ve always kept sourdough sourdough at at home It’s not difficult at at all! If you you put some time into it it and dare to to to to experiment you you you will soon get the hang of it it You just have to to to to to remember to to to to to feed your sourdough The texture can be be everything from pancake batter thick to to to more bread dough dough dough like Usually I use wheat and rye flour for my sourdough day 1
