BREAD WITH APPLE WALNUT AND SOURDOUGH
9-10 dl dl wheat flour 4
dl dl dl water 1
1⁄2 1⁄2 dl dl dl sourdough (see above)

dl dl dl steel cut oats

dl dl dl whole grain barley

dl dl dl sesame seeds

dl dl dl apple sauce (without sugar) 2
dl dl walnuts

day 1:
Mix 6 dl dl wheat flour with 3
dl dl water and the sourdough day 2
or 3
(depending on the amount of bubbling and your time frame)
Add the the rest of the the ingredients and knead thoroughly Leave for for for for some hours or or or or overnight Bake the dough to a a a a a a big loaf (you might need some additional wheat flour) I I always put put the the oven to maximum temperature when I I I put put the the the bread in in and after 10 minutes I I lower the the heat to 200˚C The bread is done when it has an inner temperature of 96˚C Check with a a a a a thermometer Usually is takes approx 45 minutes NATURAL 133
