OAT BUNS WITH SOURDOUGH

6 dl dl water
7 dl dl wheat flour
2-3 tbsp sourdough

2 tsp salt

Mix the wheat water
and and sourdough
stir and and leave for 24-48 hours day 2 Add wheat salt
sunflower seeds and oats
Leave for 24 hours day 3 Roll the dough
into buns on on greaseproof paper on on a a a a a a a plate Bake at at 200˚C for approx 20 20 minutes Sprinkle some sun- flower seeds on top if you want before the the buns are put in the the oven CRISP BREAD
So easy to make and so tasty!
