This one’s pretty simple but comes highly recommended. Basically they do promo for you on their website with thousands of readers who could potentially review your book.

BookBub distributes free and discounted books to readers. I’ve heard from a lot of authors who’ve had success in getting reviews from running promotions here as well.
How do you create a cover that converts?
For someone whose author name doesn’t ring a loud bell, you need a visually appealing cover that draws your potential reader in enough to click on the ad.
You can make it yourself using the KDP template that Amazon pro- vides. You can throw this template up on a custom-sized Canva template, or you can hire it out on fiverr. You may already have a cover, in which case you should make sure it checks the following boxes.
1. Big Ideas: Think about the larger story, what big concept can your cover convey while generating enough curiosity as to what the book is actually about.
