Here’s a quick check you can do to make sure your BMA is a high value book lead. Think of it as the four Vs.
Validation - Do you have other industry experts confirming your thoughts and recommendations?
Validating - Does the reader feel heard and his/her experiences under- stood so you can connect with him/her at a deeper level and build trust?
Vulnerability - Do you share about yourself and your own journey? The more vulnerable with your shortcomings and failures, the more relat- able you’ll come across. Everyone struggles and it’s okay to talk about it.
Value - Is your book top-notch content? Will time spent reading your book be better than other ways your reader could have spent that time?
