2. Select a Standard Ad format.
3. Select your Kindle and Paperback as the products.
4. In the Targeting Section, this time select Product Targeting.
5. In the Product targeting section, change the default bid to 17¢.
6. Select Individual Products.
7. Select Target All on all of the Suggested Products.
