A short time later, we find Ann and Matthias sleeping

together in the west wing master bedroom, the same

bedroom where days previously Ann arranged to have

her lavish bedclothes placed!

Rejected and alone Benjamin pulls himself up from the

chair and lumbers from the hallway into the east

bedroom. Falling into bed Benjamin attempts to sleep,

while his wife Ann is in the master bedroom fully

prepared to do what is required to have a holy son from

the one and only notorious Prophet Matthias!

As events spiral out of control several New York

newspapers report male and female disciples stripping

naked before engaging in a ritual washing ceremony

several times a week. According to the papers,

Matthias would first wash his body then turn his

attention to his disciples, who stood naked around the

boiler stove. In their attempt to convey information, the

newspapers contain many such examples of what could

be called Penny Press articles. Astonishingly these

articles are reporting intimate details, concentrating on

the nudity and washing activities within the walls of

Mount Zion! In the New York Advocate and Journal

dated 26th May 1835 via the Salem Gazette, we have

information that is worthy of investigation; we read.
