Interestingly, we find the weak double-minded

Benjamin Folger physically fighting inside his

mansion home on the banks of the Hudson River. As

the physical fight continues between Benjamin and the

notorious Prophet Matthias, we discover that Isabella

Van Wagener (Sojourner-Truth) physically intervenes

by grabbing Benjamin's arms. She declares that as she

held Benjamin firmly against the parlor door, he was,

quote. 'Exhausted' and he 'shook like a leaf and

stared wild.'

Acting like a gentleman and unwilling to break his

Christian code of conduct, Benjamin does not fight or

struggle with Sojourner-Truth.

Taking advantage of Benjamin's position, Matthias

runs out of the parlor and into his bedroom, where he

finds his two-edged sword.
