Lala Jagat Narain DAV Model School is one of the best school in Jalandhar city. Principal Anita Nanda
founder Principal has put in relentless efforts all these long years to enable the school to mark its place in the city.
The guidance and hard work of the worthy Principal Madam Anita Nanda is highly appreciated who is always
guiding the teachers and students. She is a big source of inspiration for me too.
I, Shikha Duggal, Computer teacher (Sr. PRT) feel very contended and satisfied by serving this esteemed
school, as my main motto is to help the students to reach at pinnacles of glory. Right from the year 2006, I am
teaching computers to the students from Classes 1st to 12th. My student Bhumiza got distinction in I.T. (under
NSQF) (100/100) in year 2018-19. I was given the opportunity to teach class XII for 2 years with the guidance, trust
and blessings of our worthy Principal Ma’am.
I have given best results of Computer Science subject I feel Proud that many of my students opted Computer Science as their Carrer.
All these years I have been properly guided by our Principal Madam who always stood by me as the best mentor. She has given me
the opportunity to act as Sahodaya Coordinator (127 schools are member of Jalandhar Independent Sahodaya School Complex.) The
School has given me golden opportunity to attend seminar to sharpen my skills. My students won many prizes in various competitions like
Power Point Presentation, Net Surfing etc.

I am sure that, our school will touch new heights under the guidance of honourable Principal Madam.
