X-trinsic is a technology company established in 2021 by two leaders in the Silicon Carbide (SiC) industry, Dr. Rob Rhoades and Dennis Riccio,
to help support the growing need for more SiC wafers and devices.
We provide a full range of SiC process services for wafer slicing, edge grinding, mechanical polishing, surface grinding, CMP, and cleaning to create epi-ready wafers on any standard SiC wafer size (100/150/200mm).
