Shipra Dawar is the Founder and CEO of IWill, a leading AI and digital behavioral health and
habits startup.
IWill focuses on the impact and accessibility for mental wellness, reproductive health, and cli-
mate health.
Shipra is dedicated to making a positive impact every day and leveraging technology for public
health advancements. Their work is supported by notable organizations such as Microsoft
AI4A, UNICEF, and The George Institute of Public Health Accelerator.
Shipra is a pioneer in the Controlled Generative AI space and has led the team that developed
IWill GITA (GenerativeAI Inclusive Therapy Assistant), World’s first Controlled Generative AI
Mental Health Companion in Hindi, that is funded by Microsoft and received fresh funding to
further advance it for benefit of all of humanity and expand its scope for the world.
Shipra has also launched IWill RAKSHA (Reproductive, Agency, Knowledge and Support
Health Assistant) with the backing of USAID Momentum, a game changer controlled Genera-
tive AI Behavior change and services tool for reproductive health and human agency.
Shipra Dawar's role in climate health involves leveraging technology to improve electricity consumption
efficiencies in households. This idea was among the top 6 global ideas for the “Climate action and Life”
stream under the G20, India presidency 2022, which is recognized by the Honorable Prime Minister of India,
Shri Narendra Modi.
Shipra is also an official taskforce member of Digital Transformation Taskforce, B20 of G20, Brazil
presidency, 2023.
Shipra is winner of Business World 40 under 40, Top 100 Healthcare Leaders Global Listing by
World Health and Wellness Congress Awards. Shipra is winner of many other prestigious
awards including Common Wealth Digital Health Awards, Global Hi-Flyers 50, Top Most Mental
Health Leaders, Top Digital Health Leaders amongst many.
Shipra is an Alumnus of Australian National University and also has completed her Mental
Healthcare Champions Program from Harvard T.H Chan Public School.
Shipra is also the Founder and First Director of a policy think tank focused at Climate Action,
Digital Technologies, Health and Education called BBV Forum founded in April 2024 with 20 top
minds and industrialists in India.
Shipra has been a Tedx/Ted Speaker several times and has been a mental health advocate
from India.
