The elections for the Latin American Region took place on the last day of
Conference.
USA members, Liz Benham, Bessie Hironimus & Manjul Batra were honored
to be invited to form the Election Committee. The rules & procedures were laid out by
the election committee members, followed by elections.

The results of elections were announced in record time.
For fun at Conference there was a dance event and a Banquet dinner.
Overall it was a good Conference. There was enough time for interaction.
I personally got to meet and know members of the International Executive, Regional
coordinators and made special friends with three members from Peru.
The highlight of the trip, apart from the Conference was going three days prior to
Conference, walking the city of Chile, visiting neighboring towns, seeing Santa Maria
winery. The last day was special, spending time at the mountain top and placing fingers
on the tallest building!
