Reflection on Latin American

Regional Conference

This year’s Latin American Regional Conference in Santiago, Chile was an impact-
ful and forward-thinking event discussing the barriers and opportunities facing women
in Latin America and beyond today, and I am grateful to have learned from many in-
spiring women business leaders and thought leaders.

The speakers touched on topics including women’s role in social and economic
development, enacting political change through the UN, as well as steps to center ethi-
cal business in our business and activist efforts. Hearing the unique perspectives of
these women representing more than 6 Latin American countries, I was inspired by
the strong network of passionate people within BPW who together can achieve so
much.
